Fluoride-free, SLS-free toothpaste for sensitive teeth and gums

DentaGain is a natural, fluoride-free and SLS-free toothpaste made with MANC® clinoptilolite zeolite (the same active ingredient used in our Toxaprevent products), xylitol and spearmint oil. It contains no foaming agents, no added menthol, and no parabens, and cleans gently to leave your mouth feeling fresh.

DentaGain is designed for people who have sensitive teeth, easily irritated gums or want a natural toothpaste with a short, transparent ingredient list.

How DetaGain Zeolite Toothpaste Works

DentaGain works in three steps: spread, bind, polish, and rinse away. As you brush, non-abrasive MANC® zeolite particles reach the gum line and the gaps between teeth, where their honeycomb-like, negatively charged pores attract and hold positively charged molecules such as ammonium and sulphur. Silica gently polishes the tooth surface, and everything is rinsed away when you spit.

1. Spread: Spread the toothpaste across the teeth and gums, brushing gently and slowly, allowing the toothpaste to spread across and between teeth.
2. Bind & Polish: MANC® zeolite binds positively charged molecules such as ammonium through a process called cation exchange. In studies, natural clinoptilolite also binds histamine. Whilst Silica polishes the tooth surface at the same time.
3. Rinse: Spit out the paste (filled with the toxins) and rinse your mouth with water. This removes all the toxins it has collected.

Water, MANC® clinoptilolite zeolite, silica, glycerin, xylitol, xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate, spearmint oil, grapefruit and lemon peel oils, vitamin E and limonene.

The Science Behind DentaGain Zeolite Toothpaste

What is MANC® Zeolite?

Clinoptilolite is a natural mineral formed over thousands of years when volcanic ash reacts with water. MANC® stands for Modified, Activated Natural Clinoptilolite: the raw mineral is purified to remove toxins, activated, and micronised to a fine, consistent particle size using our patented process. It is the same MANC® used in the Toxaprevent range.

The research

36 adults with periodontitis brushed for 12 weeks with a toothpaste containing 5–10% clinoptilolite zeolite, alongside professional deep cleaning and two zeolite rinses of their gum pockets. Bleeding on probing and pocket depths improved significantly; 24 of 36 said their mouth felt better, and a sulphur-associated bacterium linked to gum inflammation (Desulfovibrio oralis) decreased.

How to use DentaGain Toothpaste

Brush twice daily, once in the morning and at night after your final meal of the day, for two minutes with a small amount of DentaGain, then spit and rinse.

We recommend using DentaGain Zeolite toothpaste with a soft to medium toothbrush.
