Electrolytes Variety Pack

Key Benefits

Every electrolyte is built and focused around sodium. The Daily Electrolyte is built around potassium and what the modern body actually needs.

Many electrolyte drinks are designed to add more sodium, which many of us already get too much of in our diets. Think about it: how much salt have you had through your food today? Daily Electrolytes changes this: 1000 mg of potassium and only 100 mg of sodium, matching the balance your cells need.

  • Deep, Cellular Hydration: Potassium is the main electrolyte inside your cells. Without enough potassium, water can't hydrate cells properly. Potassium and sodium work together to move water into your cells, helping you stay truly hydrated, not just quenching your thirst.
  • Muscle, Nerve Function, and Focus: Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle and nervous system function. This is the signalling behind every contraction and every focused thought.
  • Reduce Tiredness and Fatigue: Hydration matters, but so does recovery. Our formula includes 120 mg of elemental magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, support muscle function, and keep your electrolytes balanced.

Muscle and Message Carrying: With 120 mg of elemental calcium, your daily electrolyte helps your muscles work properly. Calcium is essential for every muscle contraction, so your body moves when it needs to. It’s about more than hydration. It’s about keeping your muscles working well daily.

Why potassium first electrolytes?

Answer this: How much salt have you eaten today compared to potassium? Most UK diets are already high in sodium and low in potassium. Adding more sodium just fills a tank that's already full. Choosing a potassium-based electrolyte helps you get the mineral you’re likely missing.

Daily Electrolytes: sugar-free, keto-friendly, and built to fit the modern body.

How It Works

Hydration and energy aren’t just about water. They’re about supporting the mineral balance that powers every cell.

Inside every cell in your body sits a little ‘engine’ called the Sodium / Potassium Pump (Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase). This pump runs constantly and supports energy production, hydration (pulling water into cells), and the way our nervous system interacts and sends signals.

Once you understand this ATP pump, it will change the way you look at electrolytes and hydration.

What the ATP pump actually does

The ATP pump pushes 3 sodium ions out of the cell and pulls 2 potassium ions in. This exchange generates the electrical current that allows your nerves to fire and your muscles to contract. Potassium (not sodium) allows water to move into the cells to keep them hydrated. This process consumes a large share of your body's resting energy, and it isn’t a small background process.

The science that the electrolyte industry ignores.

The ATP pump's job is to keep potassium inside the cell and sodium outside it.

Now, take a second and think: how much potassium have you consumed in your meals today vs how much sodium (salt = sodium chloride)?

Most electrolyte products are overwhelmingly sodium. This is the ion the ATP pump is trying to remove, and the one our Western diets already deliver in excess. National diet surveys show a large share of adults fall short on potassium. So a sodium-heavy electrolyte is refilling the tank that's already full, while ignoring the one that's not.

Daily Electrolytes is designed with potassium first, with only enough sodium to keep the exchange balanced, working with our diet, which already contains enough sodium.

Why we add magnesium and calcium?

The ATP pump needs magnesium; it is the cofactor the pump uses to generate ATP. Calcium, alongside magnesium, powers muscles and nerves, supporting muscle contraction and signal release.

Hydration is about mineral balance. That balance is core to how the ATP pump works, which requires moving potassium into the cell and sodium out of the cell. We built the daily electrolyte formula to match our modern lifestyle rather than follow marketing trends.

Ingredients

What each electrolyte sachet delivers:

Clinically dosed + trace minerals from Maoshan Salt (a 6000 year old untouched natural and organic salt cave)

  • Potassium citrate 1000 mg: supports energy, nerve function and pulls water into the cells
  • Magnesium citrate 120 mg: supports muscle recovery, sleep, and energy
  • Calcium lactate 120 mg: Supports hydration, electrolyte balance and energy
  • Sodium (from Maoshan Salt) 100 mg: pulls water into the body, replenishes minerals, and includes 90+ trace minerals.

No sugar. Zero calories. Fasting and Keto-safe.

Other ingredients: Citric acid, natural watermelon, strawberry, lemon and pineapple flavour & stevia leaf extract.

Each pouch contains 5 of each of our deep hydration electrolytes.

The Science

Not Just For Athletes. The only electrolyte that can be taken daily.

Electrolytes are primary minerals that carry an electric charge and are essential for our daily life. Playing a critical role in nearly every physiological process. The key electrolytes our body needs include sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, and various trace minerals. Each mineral maintains electrical neutrality in cells and generates the electrical impulses needed for nerve conduction and muscle contraction. And potassium, the key ingredient in our electrolyte, helps pull water into the cell, providing true, deeper hydration.

If you are feeling tired in the afternoon, thirsty and hunting for a pick-me-up. Then a potassium-based electrolyte could be the missing key to balancing and supporting cellular hydration.

The key to electrolytes is balance.

Why daily electrolytes are potassium first.

Electrolyte levels support hydration by balancing fluids, ensuring water is drawn into the cells; they stabilise blood pressure, help regulate pH, and, most importantly, support how our muscles contract and relax, including the most important muscle, the heart, and the nerves.

What trendy electrolytes fail to explain is that sodium and potassium have opposing physiological effects. Sodium promotes fluid retention and vascular resistance (narrowing of your blood vessels), which in turn raises blood pressure, while potassium promotes vasodilation (widening of your blood vessels) and supports the kidneys in excreting sodium.

In the UK, adults consume an average of 8g of salt per day (3100 mg of elemental sodium), which is up to 40% higher than the recommended maximum of 6g per day (2400 mg of elemental sodium). On the other hand, the average UK adult consumes around 3 g of potassium, compared to the 3510 mg we should be consuming. Read the full study from the .gov website SACN: “SACN and COT's 2017 review of sodium and potassium intake”

And here lies the problem. We consume enough sodium through our diet, but not enough potassium. And adding sodium-based electrolytes further compounds the problem. Studies and health authorities suggest we should aim for at least a 1:1 ratio of potassium to sodium. However, researchers are starting to suggest that, based on our ancestral diets, we should consume more potassium than the 1:1 ratio and be closer to 3:1. This is because in our ancestral diets, we consumed more plants, which were naturally higher in potassium.

And this is why we formulated our Daily Electrolytes with potassium first. We put physiology first and created the only electrolyte that could and should be used for daily wellness, not just performance.

How To Use

Open 1 sachet, mix with 300 ml of water, and drink daily. If you prefer a lighter taste, mix 1 scoop into 500 ml.

We recommend taking the daily electrolytes either before or after lunch for a mid-afternoon boost. But feel free to enjoy it in the morning for post-sleep hydration, or after a workout to aid recovery, or anytime you need a boost of energy and focus.

Please note:

  • If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a health condition, check in with your practitioner before use.
  • Supplements should be used as part of a varied diet.
